Learning : enjoy workshops and presentations at each club meeting on different healthy living topics
Sharing : bring your passions and experience to help broaden our club’s activities. We love to get to know new members and learn new things!
Do you need group support and accountability in setting and keeping your goals with exercise, nutrtion, and/or lifestyle? Would you like to learn more about a variety of healthy living topics? “Club Nourish at Daybreak” will meet once a month to give you support in these efforts! At each meeting, we will review the previous month’s goals, make goals, for the next month, and have a class workshop given by experts in different wellness areas. Topics will include but are not limited to: exercise, yoga, meditation, aromatherapy, stress management, and nutrtion. Meetings will be held in Daybreak (South Jordan) Utah at the Daybreak Community Center. Facebook Group Page and Instagram at Club Nourish at Daybreak. (Majority of members live in the daybreak community, other members are welcome that live in the surrounding area)

Angela Williams–I enjoy mountain biking and year-round hiking. I do consultant work, trainings and seminars in the area of resilience building, stress management, and emotional health. Personal Leadership Seminars
Bethany- I have been on a healing journey for myself and and my children for about 15 years. I uses a combination of holistic medicine, food, exercise, and self care practices to help facilitate wellness. I am in school for special Ed, and currently working towards getting certified in several techniques to help people heal at the core level, the cell. Julianne (Julie) Switzler, MBA, CPT, CNC NASM I am a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and I have my own Health & Wellness Coaching practice. I currently personal train at Daybreak Community Center and help hundreds of clients online all over the United States. My passion for health and wellness began back in high school when I first developed an eating disorder. My passion is to awaken those who have an unhealthy relationship with their body and food. Changing the mindset is key. There are also so many misconceptions of “bad vs. “good” carbs. I also have experience as a fitness competitor for those wanting to take their fitness to the next level. Ada Chantelle-I am a fitness instructor for Daybreak & Vasa. I am Certified in Nutritional Therapy, Epigenetic Hair Scans, Personal Training, and Behavior Change. I started to dive deeper into nutrition after an autoimmune flare-up in 2012. My main focus is doing indivdual nutrition plans according to what your body needs.
